Shipping:

Domestic delivery for Bunista Wholesale orders will be dispatched within 2-4 working days.

Bunista Wholesale is not liable for any damage caused by the carrier.

Bunista Wholesale is not responsible for any delivery delays of the shipment that are caused by the carrier.

Returned orders due to a lack of response to the carrier, rescheduling issues, or mistakes in the address entered will result in the customer bearing the shipping costs.

Returning:

In Bunista Wholesale, we don't accept returned orders unless there is an issue with the coffee, following our wholesale policy.

Returns:

Coffee, other related items, and any food and beverage products cannot be returned, replaced, or refunded.

Refund & Return is applicable only on tools and machines and only if they are damaged. Our policy lasts for 1 day. If 3 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, you must contact us via email at bunista@marabih.com or via WhatsApp at 00966550032257. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 15 working days.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at bunista@marabih.com

Sale Items:

Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at bunista@marabih.com and send your item to Bunista Roastery, Southern Street Thuqba Sinaiya, Nukhbat Al Marabih Office, Khobar 34623, Saudi Arabia.

Shipping:

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Bunista Roastery, Southern Street Thuqba Sinaiya, Nukhbat Al Marabih Office, Khobar 34623, Saudi Arabia.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
